US Territories will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail. You will receive a shipping notification email that will notify you of the carrier we’ve used to ship your order, and the different tracking options available for it.
Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you may want to contact your local customs office for further information.
We can only track international packages once they leave the U.S. hub for international destinations (usually within 7-15 business days). Some places in South America and Australia can take longer then other places in the world, it is because your product can be held at customs and there is nothing we can do, just wait for the day customs from your country decide to send your product.
